Author Biography
Hubert Knoblauch – Professor of General Sociology at the Technical University of Berlin. His areas of research are sociological theory, sociology of knowledge, religion and communication, qualitative methods, particularly videography and ethnography. He is Co-Chair of the Research Consortium “Refiguration of Knowledge.” Recent publications include Powerpoint, Communication, and the Knowledge Society (2013), Videography: Introduction to Interpretive Videoanalysis of Social Situations (2014), and The Communicative Construction of Reality (2020).
