Biogram autora
Andrzej Frelek – PhD, researcher in critical theory. His interests lie primarily in the works of Karl Marx and Theodor Adorno, as well as in the Freudian and Lacanian traditions of psychoanalysis. His work centres on social and philosophical problems connected with the climate crisis, on which he wrote his doctoral thesis, Nature and Domination: Reading Marx and Adorno in the Age of the Climate Crisis. In his writings, he strives to analyse the immediate problems of climate politics, and to link them with
conceptual analysis, which attempts to rethink the direct relevance for today of concepts such as nature, progress, hope, or agency. At present, he is a guest co-editor of three issues of the Praktyka Teoretyczna journal on the contemporary relevance of the Frankfurt School.
