Czy konsultant może być konstruktywistą?

Abstrakt

Artykuł omawia trudności związane ze stosowaniem perspektywy konstruktywistycznej w sytuacji konfrontacji ze zinstytucjonalizowanymi oczekiwaniami menedżerów. Ich przyczyn należy upatrywać w różnicy między logiką reprezentacji, dominującej w kontaktach między badaczami i menedżerami, a logiką praktyki, typową dla codziennego życia organizacyjnego i będącą obiektem zainteresowania konstruktywistów. W ostatniej części artykułu autorka podejmuje kwestię tego, czy te dwie logiki dają się pogodzić i czy relację między teorią i praktyką zarządzania można opisać w nowy sposób.
